Current Plan Cancelled, But Still Unable To Upgrade

Can anybody help me out with this problem? It says I need to cancel my current plan to upgrade, which I did. About four times. And it was successful!

However, when I click switch plan, it’s not allowing me to; it keeps showing this error:
“You can’t change plans during the trial period. Please cancel your subscription and select a new plan.”

How can I get past this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hey @ET1, what’s the email address you signed up with? Also, have you tried to contact the support team?

Hi, yes, I did. I checked this morning and it allows me to switch now! No more errors! Thank you Daniel!
