Updating the LinkedIn Feed

We purchased the Commoninja 1 Widget - Pro Plan for our internal website. It is connected to our LinkedIn page, but I’ve noticed some issues with it not updating lately. We’ve submitted help tickets, but I am needing a deeper dive here to explain exactly why this issue is occurring and what we can do to manually override it if necessary.

The 3rd post in the slot was showing a post that was weeks old, even though several new posts had been posted on LinkedIn since then.

I was able to delete the 3rd post so it stops showing, but now it is showing duplicate posts. When I select the Edit Content (Content Editor) button, I am able to delete posts, but not able to “select” or choose posts to display. The first 3 that display in the list shown are not the 3 that are displaying on the widget.

I cannot find a Help article or post about this and would love to hear the community’s recommendations for how we can ensure that this widget is updating automatically.
