I’m on the Essentials plan for the auto refresh feature for feeds, but over the weekend my Instagram widget did not update even though multiple posts were made. I checked the settings, and auto refresh was and is turned on. Manually pressing refresh feed under content and feed sources does work, to an extent. While the feed can be manually updated, the pinned post does not appear. That’s not a deal break, but it would be nice if pinned posts were also displayed. The other manual method, the refresh button in the feed header does not work. It does appear that the feed is trying to auto refresh every minute, the embed blinks like it’s trying to refresh, but nothing happens. Any advice?

Hi there! I’ve recently started using the IG widget and noticed that I’m experiencing the same issue. It’s not refreshing with updated posts. Is there something I should be doing?
