Right Click protection for a GoDaddy Website Builder

I have purchased a Common Widget for a Right Click protection for a GoDaddy Website Builder. I went to my new Website and pasted the Widget into my HTML for a new Section in my Website and it doesn’t work. I would like to have the Right Click Protection for all of my Website so that no one can copy or take an image of what I am showing. Does Common Ninja have a help page or can I do a Zoom Meeting with a Common Ninja Support Team Member? I have already paid money to get this Widget, but it doesn’t work. Need help please.

Hi @Smittygeo10 GoDaddy’s Website Builder adds custom code inside an iframe, which means the widget doesn’t have access to the full site. Because of this, certain widgets like Right Click Protection might not work as expected. It’s a platform limitation, Hopefully GoDaddy will open up more access in the future!

Hi Kazem Hegaze,

I purchased the “Right Click Protection Widget” for GoDaddy Websites from Common Ninja. I purchased 2 Common Ninja Widgets because I didn’t know if the Right Click Protection Widget would work for my “whole” Website (smsexplorationllc.com) or if it would work only for 1 Section or Page. I have a Video Page and some Photos/Images Page that I don’t want anyone to be able to “Right Click” and copy my Video or Images.

I spent $78.80 for 2 Common Ninja Widgets that don’t work (See reciept below). I don’t know if this was a 2 Widget payment ($78.80) price or it’s an Annual Subscription. But I guess it really doesn’t matter, because your Website selling this Common Ninja Right Click Protection Widget for GoDaddy Websites doesn’t work.

Why don’t your quit advertising and selling you Right Click Protection Widget for GoDaddy Websites. Can I get my $78.80 two Widget cost back from Common Ninja?? I’m sure a lot of your Widgets work, but not this one for GoDaddy Websites. Please send my Money back!!

Respectfully,

Steve M. Smith
