I installed the PDF viewer widget on a password protected Kajabi page. It works perfectly on desktop, but will open and then crash on mobile/iOS almost immediately. Any suggestions?

I’ve only been able to test on iOS - both iPhone and iPad show the first three slides and then will crash and go back to the original landing page

Hi,After checking, this is actually a limitation on iOS rather than an issue with the widget itself. Both Safari and Chrome on iPhones/iPads use the same WebKit engine, and they don’t handle embedded PDFs very well when the file is large or complex.
Files over 10MB or with 40–50+ pages often crash or fail to load.
In the example you shared, the PDF has over 137 pages and is more than 15MB, which explains why it crashes on iOS.
