New reviews not showing

I have set the plugin to always fetch new reviews, but I see that my latest is 16 days old, even though I`ve gotten multiple new reviews since that.

How do I troubleshoot this?

I see that on most reviews, I can leave a reaction to the review. But on some, I can`t. Not sure if this is because of the settings the “reviewer” has or what, but those reviews I cannot react to, is not shown. You see it if you compare those in the link with the one in this image.

I have marked one of the reviews I cannot react to, and thus is not showing.

In this case, the review you mentioned is not displayed because you’re currently viewing only reviews that include text.
If you disable that filter, the review will appear.
