Google Reviews widget limiting before filtering

Hi,
I just upgraded to essential plan to have (among other things of course) 10 reviews in the widget.
However, here is the current behavior:
If I change filtering options (number of items, minimum score) If I click on the refresh button, it won’t refresh, I have to use the change button to reload the comments.
If, for example, I have 3 empty comments and I filter them out, I only have 7 items in the widget.
If I hide a comment, I have only 6 items in the widget.
Correct behavior would be to try to load more comments until we get to the limit, I am right ?

Kind regards,
Jeremy

Hi @Jeremy_Longo, Please send me a link to the widget so I can see it live.

Hi Kazem,
Here is the url of the shop :

Have a nice day

Hi @Jeremy_Longo, Thank you . Could you please check now?

Hi @Kazem , it’s much better, thank you !
One last thing (but this is not a problem as I have good data for 10 reviews) :
The widget config shows “Showing 24 reviews”, but shows the last 10. If I mask one or many items, I can’t see what following reviews will be displayed.
For example, I choose to display reviews with a minimum rating of 4 stars, and only reviews with text.
But on the displayed items, I want to hide the 6th, 8th, and 9th items. Luckily for me, the next items (11, 12, and 13) are ok, but I can’t know until I display the widget. If I wanted to hide item 11 or 12 or 13, I could not.
Again, I am not concerned for now, but it may be a problem for other people or even for me in the future.

Anyway, thank you for your time and work !
Have a nice weekend !

Thank you for the feedback!
At the moment, it’s not possible to manually show or hide specific reviews, or to preview more reviews than your plan allows before choosing which options to display.
However, you can use the “Exclude by Keyword” feature to filter out certain reviews based on specific words or phrases.
Additionally, the sorting options let you display reviews from newest to oldest (or vice versa), or sort them by rating — for example, from highest to lowest.

Actually there is the “eye” button beside every review on the config page, and it is working
