Google Reviews Widget Not Fetching New Reviews

Hello all!

A site I am building in Duda for a customer contains two Common Ninja Google Reviews Widgets. One is on the home page and another is on the Testimonials page.

Both Google Reviews widgets are not fetching new Google Reviews as they are added to the customer’s Google Business Profile.

Here is the Google Business Profile: Google Search

You’ll see only one Google Review appears in the Google Reviews widgets on the site. However, there are now 3 Google Reviews on the client’s Google Business Profile.

Any help that can be provided to resolve this issue would be appreciated!

Hi @Kazem , this issue is occurring once again.

There are now 5 Google Reviews on the client’s Google Business Profile.

However, only 3 are displayed in the two Google Reviews widgets on their website.

The Google Reviews widget should be fetching reviews from the connected Google Business Profile automatically.

The fact that it is not working properly for a second time is starting to frustrate my client and make me look bad.

What is happening with this widget?

Do I need to direct my client to choose a widget from another company?

Hi @pramacher I see that the automatic update option is not active.
Perhaps it was disabled by mistake?

Please enable it. :slight_smile:

Thanks @Kazem , the automatic updates option was previously enabled.

I just enabled it again.
