Hi @pramacher I see that the automatic update option is not active.
Perhaps it was disabled by mistake?
Please enable it.

I am once again having the same issue with the Google Reviews Widget not fetching the latest reviews from my client’s Google Business Profile.
Automatic updates are enabled for both Google Reviews Widgets we have for them.
The first Google Reviews Widget is at the bottom of the home page: https://www.brodacoaching.com/
The second Google Reviews Widget is at the bottom of the Testimonials page. (Common Ninja forum limitations prevent me from posting a 3rd link.)
Client’s Google Business Profile has 10 Reviews. The latest reviews were entered 1 week ago or more and should have been pulled into the Google Reviews widgets we use.

Why does this issue continue to occur?
How will Common Ninja fix this for good?
If this issue continues to occur, we will have our client use another Google Reviews widget from another company.

@Kazem, no, this has not been resolved.
On both the home page and the testimonials page, each Google Reviews Widget shows only 5 of the total 10 reviews that the client’s Google Business Profile shows.
You must scroll through the reviews in the widgets and count the number of unique reviews to see this.
The two Google Reviews Widgets are set to “auto update” but they are not auto updating.
Please fix this ASAP.
@pramacher, I see that the latest reviews are updated in both, just like I showed in the previous screenshot.
Regarding the display of 5 reviews,Please change the number of reviews displayed to the amount you want.
