Instagram Feed Widget not showing the correct profile image

The Instagram feed widget is displaying the profile picture from a shared post instead of the correct profile picture.

Instagram feed source:

The Widget is picking up the W Hotel logo and not Kevin’s logo on all the posts.

Hey @Memcap, can you share a link to your widget or website where we can see the issue live?

@Kazem

@Memcap We are displaying the posts you have in your feed, just like when you enter the feed and see the posts sorted by date.
In the Pro and Ultimate plans, we provide access to the Content Editor, allowing you to edit the content and decide what to display.

@Kazem The cached feed is displaying the wrong profile graphic.

Kevin’s profile logo should be:

In my previous post with the snapshot, the wrong profile picture (logo) is being displayed. It is showing the W Hotel’s logo instead (see my previous post).

I don’t believe the workaround should be upgrading to the Pro or Ultimate plans. This appears to be a bug in the free tier. Let me know if I’m misunderstanding.

One possibility is that the caching mechanism is getting confused by an Instagram shared post (or “collab post”), causing it to pick up the wrong profile graphic (logo).

Hi @Memcap we fixed it.

Similar issue again — a shared (collab) post is showing the wrong name. The attached image shows @wbellevue on all posts, but it should display @kevinngyoga.

@Memcap We’re looking into it.

@Memcap I can see that it’s displaying @kevinngyoga.
Where exactly are you seeing @wbellevue? so I can take a closer look.

If you compare the screenshot I provided with yours, you’ll notice a different title. It looks like the system reverted back to working correctly after the latest cache refresh of the feed.
