AI Chatbot refreshes when visiting a new tab & Inconsistent Notifications

I would like the AI chatbot not to refresh our conversation when visiting a different link on the website. This works well with a SPA, but not a site with multiple pages. Possibly setting up a localStorage?

Also, I’ve noticed that the notifications are inconsistent. At times I receive and email about someone using the chatbot and filling out the lead form, and sometimes I don’t. Not sure if there’s a bug or something setup incorrectly on my end.

Thanks for the feedback.
We’ve added the request about keeping the chatbot conversation going across different pages (not just SPAs) to our roadmap. We’re thinking of using something like localStorage to handle it, and hopefully we can roll it out soon. We’ll keep you posted.

As for the notifications, we’re checking if there’s a bug or a setup issue on our end.
