I just installed the Messenger chat widget on my website, and it looks like it’s working but when a visitor clicks on the icon, it launches Messenger rather than letting them chat with me from my website. Is that how it’s supposed to work? If not, how do I fix it? You can see it on my website www.petlossconnection.com.
