New Features Modal/Popup

I’d like to inform my members of new features or improvements when they arrive on our members page. Is there a ‘New Features’ popup or modal widget for this? If not - can I place it in the suggestions box
I could see it useful for SaaS platforms as well, letting users know of new features.
