Hi everyone!!!
I have renewed my subscription now for 10 widgets and am very happy. Powerful resource and cool widgets for our corporate website.
And now it’s time to remove our old Event widget and put in the more powerful and modern Events Listing from Common Ninja.
And what a disappointment it was when I realised that this widget doesn’t have a ‘Time’ field. But there are no events without a time field, they all start at some time and it is our responsibility to let our customers know about it.
Especially since the other two simpler widgets from Common Ninja have a ‘Time’ field. But why isn’t it here?
Please fix this defect urgently, as I need to layout the event plan for 2025 and I don’t want to look for widgets from someone else.
I continue to work with the My Event Listing widget - it’s very cool and has a lot of customisation options.
I’ve noticed one more problem with it and have one more wish to extend its capabilities. If you need to create another thread on the forum for this - I will do it.
So, what problem I encountered:
When I upload a photo to Cover Image for a card, the photo appears in both Listing and Full Page. Since the photo is a single photo and I can’t change its position (centre, top, bottom), it becomes very cropped on the Full Page.
This is not a problem, because in the settings (Look&Feel - Custom - Custom Fields - Cover Image ) I can change the height of the Cover Image and thus adjust the photo on the small card in Listings. (photo attached).
However, since my photo is heavily cropped in Full page, I follow the same scheme in the same menu in the section (Look&Feel - Custom - Full Page View - Cover Image - Size) and try to change the height of my photo, then PopuP appears with a proposal to change the subscription rate. This is strange, because I can change the height of the photo in the Listing card, why do I need a different rate for Full Page? If I can only use one photo for CoverImage, then please give me the option to adjust the photo height in Full Page View as well.
Hey @TonyFly, what you can actually do is two create two cover image fields, display one in listings and the other one in the full page view. Then give each a different height
