Add "Description" field to Items in the Multi-Row Slider Widget

It would be great to have a “Description” field added to the Items in the Multi-Row Slider Widget. When a user would Hover over the item the Description would Pop up. This would provide a quick way for users to see what the Item is. A Pop up would likely be better that having the “Description” displayed above/below the item since multiple rows of items have little room available between rows.
