I purchased the Pro version of Ninja Player, but I haven’t received the login details for my purchase. What should I do?

There are issues uploading WAV and FLAC audio files, even though I have the Pro subscription, which should allow uploads of up to 100 MB per file.

Hi, In the Ultimate plan you can upload files up to 100MB.
If you are on the Ultimate plan and still can’t upload, please send me a link to your widget so I can check it.

I tried again to upload a FLAC file of about 60 MB, but at the end it gives me an error during the upload.

It doesn’t upload it, it gives me an error — even for all the WAV/FLAC files under 100 MB.
