Enhancements to the Ai Chatbot - suggestions

I’m currently using your AI Chatbot widget and finding it very useful. However, I’ve encountered a usability challenge within the “AI Knowledge” section that I’d love to see improved.

Currently, when I upload documents as a source, the dashboard lists them under the “Name” column using their full CDN URL (e.g., https://cdn.commoninja.com/asset/``...). Because these URLs are random strings of characters, it is impossible to identify which specific document is which at a glance.

The Request: Could you please add functionality to display the original filename (e.g., pricing_list.pdf) instead of the CDN link? Alternatively, having an editable “Reference Name” field for these entries would be perfect.

Why this helps: Right now, if I need to update or delete a specific document (like an old policy or price list), I have to guess which link it is or open them one by one. Seeing the actual filename would allow for much easier management and updates of the AI’s knowledge base.
